The fund primarily aims to achieve its investment goals by allocating at least 80% of its total capital to investment-grade, U.S. dollar-denominated short-term debt instruments. This capital encompasses both the fund's net assets and any borrowed funds used for investment purposes. The debt investments it targets can carry fixed, variable, or floating interest rates.
