The iShares Gold Trust Micro, known hereafter as 'the Trust,' aims to generally mirror the price movements of gold. This Trust operates under a distinct regulatory framework compared to traditional investment vehicles, as it is not registered as an investment company under the 1940 Investment Company Act.
